Request workflow

How to remove or request deletion

Start by removing local app data. If you need help with third-party advertising, consent, purchase, or support records, contact Artificial Luck and identify the app as Lockstep: Daily Logic.

Email the request
  1. 01

    Remove local app data

    Delete Lockstep and its data from your device. Device backup or restore settings may preserve or restore a copy you control.

  2. 02

    Review privacy choices

    Use Settings > Privacy Choices when Google UMP indicates that it is required, along with any controls offered by Google, Apple, or your device platform.

  3. 03

    Contact us if needed

    Include your platform, app version if available, and a brief description of the help you need. Do not send passwords, payment information, or unrelated sensitive information.

  4. 04

    We review the request

    Artificial Luck will explain what it controls, handle support or website records it can reasonably locate, or direct you to the appropriate provider controls.

A / Stored on device

Lockstep game data stays local

Lockstep does not require an account. Information stored locally may include:

  • normal game progress and puzzle state;
  • streaks and settings;
  • Hint and Undo balances; and
  • the app’s own local gameplay and monetization event buffer.

Artificial Luck does not operate a remote database for normal Lockstep gameplay records. Embedded advertising, consent, and purchasing services process information separately from these local records.

B / Third-party services

Some providers process their own data

Google Mobile Ads and UMP may process device identifiers, coarse location, performance data, and product interaction as described in their SDK disclosures and subject to applicable consent and platform controls.

Apple and Google may process purchase, transaction, and entitlement information for the lifetime Remove Ads purchase. Those records are governed by each provider’s retention practices, privacy terms, and available controls.

On Android, Unity In-App Purchasing also processes purchase events, transaction and receipt information, installation or session identifiers, device information, and technical diagnostics. Uninstalling Lockstep does not automatically delete information held by Google, Apple, or Unity.

Retention and limitations

What may be retained

Local Lockstep data remains on your device until you remove it or your device removes it. Deleting Lockstep and its data removes the local copy, subject to any device backup or restore settings you control. Artificial Luck does not maintain a remote copy of normal production gameplay records.

Advertising, consent, purchase, security, and transaction records processed by Google, Apple, Unity, or other providers are subject to those providers’ retention practices, privacy terms, and available controls. Contact Artificial Luck if you need help identifying the appropriate path.

For Unity IAP records processed on our behalf, email developer@artificialluck.com and identify Lockstep, your platform, and the request. We will validate the request and instruct Unity where applicable. For processing where Unity acts independently, you can contact unity-iap-contact@unity3d.com directly. Requests are handled manually. Some transaction or security records may be retained to meet legal obligations or protect against fraud; we cannot promise deletion of every provider-held record.
