Purchase support
Missing a permanent purchase?
Purchases are processed by your platform store. Use Orbit Lock’s in-app Restore Purchases feature to restore an eligible Extra Shield, Ad-Free, or Orbit Lock Plus purchase.
If a purchase appears charged but the entitlement is still missing, email support and include the platform, device, and product involved. Do not send full credit-card information or an entire store receipt containing unnecessary personal details.
